What it is
NMN is a direct precursor to NAD+, a coenzyme every cell uses for energy and repair. NAD+ declines with age, and NMN is the most direct dietary route to raising it.
Why it is in ONCE DUSK
This is real NMN, not NR. The two are related but not the same molecule, and they are not interchangeable on a label. DUSK carries 500 mg of active NMN.
Why this dose
500 mg is the dose most commonly used in the human trials that measured NAD+ levels. The microencapsulation matters as much as the number: NMN is unstable in moisture, and a maltodextrin shell dissolves too readily to protect it in a powder.
